We work with you to develop a time line for the event, and work directly with the vendors you have already chosen to make your wedding a dream come true.
During the rehearsal I am usually given all the necessary items to take to the venue such as guest book, toasting flutes, marriage license, etc. So the day of your wedding you just need to worry about yourself.

Gold Package – $500.00
Wedding Coordination with 10 hours of service to help with vendors you’ve already selected and to coordinate the day of wedding. This includes personal meetings, email, and telephone. This is generally about 2-3 Months prior
-Vendor Referrals and assistance
-Confirmation of all vendors
-Create and finalize timeline for event & distribute to vendors
-Rehearsal
-Vendor arrival & delivery
-Ceremony, Grand Entrance, First Dance, Dinner, Cake
-Organize and Direct Rehearsal
-Wedding Day Director
-Transport materials to Venue & set up
-Favors, Place cards, Guest book, Etc.
-Distribute flowers for wedding party
-Distribute programs to arriving guests, and assist in seating
-Organize wedding party for ceremony
-Escort guest to reception area
-Assist in location of seats
-Prepare for Grand Entrance
-Follow through Event timeline.
Silver Package – $350.00
For the “Day of” to help with all of the events that you have already arranged to go as planned on the day of the wedding. 4 hours of consultation prior to ceremony day. This includes personal meetings, email, and telephone.
-Wedding Day Director (8 hour coverage)
-Confirmation of all vendors (Based on information provided by the bride)
